Jobs available this season:
 

We are looking for 1 crew member to join our team for the 2025 farming season. This is a great position for someone who wants to build on their farming skills while working alongside other hard working individuals producing high quality flowers using regenerative farming practices. 

 

The position is responsible for all farm tasks which include:

• Planting

• Weeding 

• Propagation 

• Harvesting flowers

• Bed preparation

• Irrigation trouble shooting

• Pest management.

 

The job is very physically active requiring a person who can frequently:

• Lift over 50 pounds

• Stand on their feet for 8 hours a day

• Squat, bend, and kneel

• Shovel compost

• Harvest flowers for hours and hours at a time while maintaining high quality standards

 

Other qualifications include:

• At least 1 full season of employment on a working farm (flower farm preferably)

• Commitment to work through the entire season 

• A hard working individual

• With a strong sense of urgency

• And excellent time management skills
